This house is perfect for large groups. We celebrated our sons graduation from FSU with our extended family. The 6 bedrooms and open kitchen made it a great place to all gather.

"What a great find and great value with plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a group of 6 adults traveling in from various parts of the state to work an an event this weekend in Tallahassee. The shower and bathroom attached to the master's bedroom was amazing. And plenty of parking too for a group with everyone driving in with separate vehicles. Plenty of nearby restaurants in short driving distance to grab dinner at. Will definitely book annually and great value over staying in area hotels with price gouging over same weekend."

""We absolutely loved Jami’s home. Our trip to Tallahassee was in order to have a family Christmas together. That we had plus some. Jami’s home is beautiful, spacious, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is near so much -FSU, restaurants, stores, downtown, parks, etc. Jami is very responsive and a generously kind hostess. I travel to Tallahassee often, as part of my family lives there. I will definitely be renting from Jami again. A real blessing to have found this home. Highly recommend."

The Perfect Host

"Perfect layout for family! We came in town for my oldest daughters Masters graduation at FSU and didn’t want your normal hotel rooms for our family and grandparents. The house was quaint and on a quiet street. The upstairs bedroom with outside balcony and kitchenette was perfect for the graduate! We hosted a dinner following the graduation and there was plenty of space to mingle!
Jami was the perfect host and accommodate us when we had to stay an extra night."
